A road in Watford was left blocked after four vehicles were involved in a crash.
Police were called to reports of a collision in Lammas Road at around 6.40pm on Saturday October 22.
No one was reported to have been injured but a witness said at least four police vehicles attended.
Hertfordshire Constabulary has confirmed that one person was arrested who the force said had attempted to leave the scene.
The road was cleared by 8.15pm.
- Luke Bromfield, 25, from Caractacus Cottage View, Watford has been charged with possession of a Class B drug (cannabis) and failing to provide a specimen for analysis. He has been released on bail to appear before St Albans Magistrates’ Court on November 22.
