A female jogger was left horrified after reportedly coming across a pervert fondling himself in the bushes at Cassiobury Park.
She was running down a track parallel to the main path – a popular stretch – when the “horrific” encounter happened at around 2pm on Sunday, October 16.
“Some bits are covered by trees, which is where he was,” she told the Watford Observer. He was standing with his trousers fully down. It was disgusting. It left me feeling so angry.
“I love the park and that route but now I’ll think twice about going off the main path or into the nature reserve by myself.”
Herts Police were called and searched the Watford park but no one was found.
The man is described as Asian, roughly 30 years old, 5ft 8ins tall, and wearing a navy tracksuit with white and red patterns.
He was also wearing a light-coloured cap with a dark peak.

The victim continued: “It’s such a shame not to feel safe but it’s sadly an all too familiar feeling for women.
“I just want people to be aware there are people like this lurking everywhere.
“There were so many people in the park – kids, families. Imagine if it was a child that saw. Just horrific.”
She also praised the police, who "were there immediately", but added: "Maybe some sort of patrol in the park is sadly necessary now to deter this kind of sick behaviour."
