A woman was seen “running across the road covered in blood” with multiple emergency services nearby.
Reports surfaced about the incident in St Albans Road, North Watford, at around 12.30pm on Saturday, October 15, with several people voicing concern online.
One claimed they saw the woman covered in blood near the Vauxhall showroom with several others saying how they hoped she was ok.
Another poster said they drove past and paramedics were talking to police outside with no one needing assistance, before a fourth police car arrived.
This morning (October 17) a Herts Police spokesperson confirmed officers and the ambulance service were called to concerns for the welfare of a woman who was bleeding in St Albans Road.

“The woman was located and taken to hospital for treatment,” they added. “There is not believed to be any third-party involvement in the incident.”
The ambulance service has been contacted for more details.
