A man has been arrested on suspicion of a string of crimes including harassment, ABH and voyeurism relating to a Watford victim.
The 38-year-old was arrested on Sunday, October 9, after incidents between March and October this year affecting two victims, Essex Police said.
The force said he remains in custody on suspicion of harassment, exposure and voyeurism, malicious communications, ABH, common assault, criminal damage and coercive and controlling behaviour.

The man was arrested in Ellis Road, Clacton, in connection with assault and harassment investigations.
