A man whose arrest in Watford town centre was caught on camera has admitted to stealing.
James Anderson, 36, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty after appearing in Stevenage Magistrates’ Court yesterday, October 6.
Anderson was charged with two counts of theft related to taking beauty products from Boots in atria Watford and bottles of alcohol from Marks & Spencer in High Street.

Footage emerged online showing several police cars outside the shopping centre and the man being arrested on Wednesday (October 5).
Anderson was fined £40 and was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £16 victim surcharge.
