More information has been revealed for prospective buyers of a Wetherspoon pub in the town centre.
The Colombia Press in The Parade is one of 32 pubs nationwide that have been put up for sale.
Described as a “prime pitch” in Watford, the chain is now looking to sell the two-storey venue on leasehold.
The asking price for rent is currently £124,500 per annum, subject to an upwards only review on June 24, 2025.
According to a brochure for interested parties, it had a rateable value of £165,000 in 2017.

Currently the boozer is held on a lease expiring August 30, 2030.
Buying the property would mean acquiring a 366.3 square-metre (sq m) ground floor and a 151.9 sq m basement- - while outside can fit 48 customers.
Fixtures and fittings, except for tills, IT equipment and particular items, can be included as part of the sale should they be needed, according to CBRE and Savills.
Interested parties are asked to undertake discreet customer visits and formal viewings must be permitted with the joint selling agents.
