A Watford man who was caught with a knife in London has been sentenced.
Harry Leverington, 19, was found carrying a lock knife at Church Street, Enfield, on June 24 this year.
Leverington, of Paddock Close, pleaded guilty on July 25 to possessing a knife blade in a public place.
Appearing at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (October 5), he received a four-month jail sentence, suspended for 18 months.
Leverington must also carry out 100 hours' unpaid work within the next 12 months.
He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £154 victim surcharge.
The lock knife is to be destroyed.
