A man has been accused of threatening to throw acid on a woman and have her bundled into a car during a stalking campaign.
Deion Lowe, 29, has been charged with stalking involving fear of violence against a woman between August 2018 and December 2021.
Court papers include allegations that Lowe, who lives in Croxley View, Watford, followed her as she moved around the country to avoid him.

This reportedly included turning up to her workplaces, buying unwanted gifts, emotionally blackmailing her, and threats of harm including throwing acid on her and having people bundle her into a car.
He also allegedly threatened to always come for her and prevent her moving on with her life, disclosed a private video of her, told her husband to “prepare to die” and threatened to ruin her life.
Lowe contracted Covid ahead of his first appearance in Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court and has now been granted bail ahead of an appearance on October 31.
