A thief has been caught on CCTV casually strolling up to a parked BMW and ripping off its wingmirror cover.
The vehicle was targeted in Harwoods Road in Watford at 9.43pm on Sunday (September 25).
The thief was walking with two people before crossing the road and taking the cover, before then heading off with the other men.
Before leaving frame, the other person then turned around to look back, potentially noticing the camera, or checking to see what the third person was doing out of view.
Police have confirmed enquiries into the theft are continuing.
