A popular park cafe is likely to remain closed until the new year as a search for a new operator is not yet under way.
Cha Café, in Cassiobury Park, closed its doors on August 31 when owners Brian and Mandy Evans retired.
With no new tenant in place, the historic pavilion building will remain out of use until one can be found.

The premises will be available for arranged viewings with Chartered Surveyors Perry Holt in October before offers can be made.
Watford Borough Council will then interview potential tenants and decide which to accept.
The Watford Observer has been told it would be “reasonable” to expect a new business to move in early next year.
The former owners, customers, and council have all said they hope the “wonderful” café can remain as a community-focused operation.
The council has also confirmed winning tenders will have to demonstrate they offer “a service which is at the heart of the local community” and will “protect the heritage of the Edwardian building.”
