A man evaded police after exposing himself to a woman this morning, and walkers say this has happened before.
Hertfordshire Constabulary have confirmed they were called out to reports of a man indecently exposing himself in Croxley Common Moor at around 8.45am (September 29).
Despite a police search, officers were unable to locate the offender who was described as being white and in his 30s and reportedly wore a black tracksuit and a black jacket with the hood up.

A walker out on the common posted a warning on social media about seeing the man on the moor’s main path.
She said he took off towards the business parks shortly after exposing himself and before police arrived.
A commenter reported that her friend experienced the same thing in the moor weeks before, while another reported being asked by police whether they had seen someone matching the description.
Others said they now feel “put off” going out for walks in some parts of Croxley.
