A pervert who watched a woman using the toilet at a station for his own sexual gratification has been handed a £810 fine.
British Transport Police confirmed the case relates to an incident involving a man following a woman, who did not consent, into the facilities at Watford Junction Station on February 21, 2020.
Vladmir Vuiv, of Finchley Road, London, was found guilty despite initially denying the charge.

The 28-year-old appeared in St Albans Magistrates' Court for sentencing on Monday, September 26, where he was handed a £810 fine and a community order for one year including 120 hours of unpaid work.
He is also required to register with police for five years.
After an initial appearance at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on April 7, the case was sent for trial, before being adjourned to allow an interpreter to be found.
He was then found guilty at the same court on August 2 and the case was adjourned again for a pre-sentence report to consider a community order.
