Police have launched an investigation into a horrifying town centre assault in which a girl was repeatedly kicked in the head.
Hertfordshire Constabulary say they are aware of the video, which showed the attack in Clarendon Road, Watford, at around 6.30pm on Wednesday, September 21.
The attack is being treated as an assault and enquiries are being conducted to identify those involved.

Police added that “some of those involved are believed to be known to each other”.
In the footage of the incident, two teenagers appear to punch the victim and pull her hair as she sits on the floor in the middle of the road.
One is then seen to kick the girl in the back of the head twice while the other shouts “don’t **** about” repeatedly.
The girl on the floor then shouts back before a man runs over to intervene and pushes the attackers away.
