Refuse collectors were unable to empty the bins on a residential street because the road was “blocked” by vehicles.
Crews were attempting to get down Cheshire Drive in Leavesden last week but could not fit their vehicle through.
Three Rivers District Council said on September 16: “Refuse, recycling, and food waste crews have been unable to access all properties in Cheshire Drive, Leavesden today due to the road being blocked by vehicles.
“The crew supervisor attempted to find the owners of the vehicles without success."

Meanwhile, all bin collections are being delayed by one day this week due to the bank holiday for the Queen’s funeral.
Three Rivers, Watford, and Hertsmere councils have all confirmed that collections will take place a day later than usual.
For example, bins usually collected on Monday will be visited on Tuesday instead, and so on for the rest of the week. Those who have their bins emptied on Fridays will be visited this Saturday instead.
A normal schedule is set to resume next week.
