The owners of The Grove hotel and golf course have unveiled plans to build a film hub on the estate.
Ralph Trustees Ltd has proposed creating the Langleybury Film Hub on the Langleybury estate near Watford.
The land already has a history of filming, with the grade II-listed Langleybury House Mansion and former school buildings proving popular with film and television makers over the years.
And now, with Warner Bros studios just over the A41, that history could move forward with a new film facility.

At this time, little is known about the plans but more will be revealed when a public consultation website goes live on September 21.
Ralph Trustees says it has prepared an initial masterplan on land next to the existing Langlebury Children’s Farm and Langleybury House & Film Centre, which it is seeking feedback on before submitting a planning application.

Along with the website, two engagement events are being held at the hotel.
The first is on September 21 between 3pm and 7pm at the Potting Shed while the second is on September 24 between 11am and 2pm at the Cedar Suite.
