Drivers are facing some serious disruption in and around Watford.
There is a report of a crash near the town centre, while roadworks over in Chorleywood are said to be causing delays of around an hour.
According to Google Maps, a collision has taken place in Rickmansworth Road near the junction with Cassiobury Park Avenue, up towards the town hall.
It has resulted in queues down Rickmansworth Road back towards the roundabout for Whippendell Road and Watford and Croxley business parks.

Meanwhile, roadworks on the A404 Rickmansworth Road in Chorleywood are continuing to cause “severe” delays.
Temporary traffic lights are in operation because of emergency repairs being carried out by Cadent Gas near Chorleywood Cricket Club.
According to Hertfordshire Highways at around 4.30pm, travel time was around an hour westbound, which affects drivers coming from Rickmansworth.

The roadworks are not due to be completed until September 13.
