Work is to be carried out on Watford Junction train lines to remove potential fire risks.
From Monday, September 5 to Friday, September 9 between 10pm and 6am Network Rail staff will removing dense vegetation.
The cutting back of overgrown plants and trees, which are growing into the overhead line equipment is needed because they are creating a fire risk.

Network Rail confirmed some of the equipment used will include mobile working platforms, chainsaws, and lights, which may cause noise and light disturbance for people living in the area.
Work is likely to affect people living in Nascot Wood and near the Callowland Recreation ground.
Staff will be accessing the tracks through Watford BRSA, WD24 5BB and the work will be taking place between the coordinates LEC1 18.0030 (m/yards) and LEC1 18.0750 (m/yards).
