Staff and customers at a sweets wholesaler that exports around the globe helped celebrated the firm's 60th anniversary.
Hancocks, which supplies shops around London and the south east from its depot in Colonial Way, Watford, celebrated the milestone with an event for customers and suppliers on Thursday, August 25.
The depot now operates a click and collect service for online shoppers, and hundreds of offers as well as prize draws, and giveaways were available for the 159 who attended.

Watford area manager Ian Hayes said it was important to mark the occasion with the sweet-loving public.
He said: “60 years is a huge milestone, so we wanted to celebrate by being able to thank our customers for their continuous support and this was a fantastic way to do it.
“It was a great day and lovely to do something special for those who have supported us for years, particularly over the last couple of years during the pandemic.
“We couldn’t have marked the 60th anniversary in a better way and we’re looking forward to many more years trading in Watford.”
Hancocks has been supplying sweets since it was established in 1962 in the Midlands by Ray Hancock and his wife Elizabeth.
In 2005 the Watford depot opened, supplying retailers across London and the South East.
It also exports across the globe to countries including the Bahamas, Malta, Hong Kong, Dubai, Portugal, Germany and Nigeria.
Hancocks’ chief operating officer, Jonathan Summerley said: “We have an exciting year ahead and we’re looking forward to continuing to supply the UK with fantastic confectionery at great prices.”
