The application to Three Rivers District Council says developers will demolish the existing farm buildings and the development of the site will be accessed via Green Street, which links the A404 to the junctions of Station Approach and Shire Lane in Chorleywood.
The site is near Chiltern Hills Golf Course, in Green Street, which submitted plans to Buckinghamshire County Council for a new driving range, including a driving range building and a temporary clubhouse.
The plans, which were submitted in March 2020 and are yet to be decided on, also include a football pitch, floodlighting and associated access.
They will be taken into consideration by Three Rivers Council when it decides on the new applications due to their proximity.
