A prolific thief is back in jail after admitting to further offences while serving a suspended sentence for breaching an existing behaviour order.
Shahjahan Miah, 35, had his 12-week suspended sentence activated by Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (August 9) and was ordered to pay £154.
He was given the suspended sentence for going into Watford town centre on July 18 while prohibited from doing so by a criminal behaviour order made in November 2017.

In November 2017 he was jailed for 44 weeks after admitting to 11 counts of shoplifting from stores in Watford town centre.
On February 7, Miah, of no fixed address, admitted to stealing £142 of Hollister items on January 27 this year.
Just two days after admitting to the offence (February 9) he stole £56 worth of clothes from a Next store in Watford.
Miah had also been jailed this year for stealing £312 worth of electrical and cosmetic items from Boots in Watford.
Last August he was given eight weeks in prison after nabbing £502 of Hugo Boss clothing in Watford.
