Three people were hurt after a fight broke out in Watford High Street.
Police say the disturbance happened near McDonald's at around 3.50pm on Tuesday July 19.
A group of people were involved and three were left with injuries.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says three people have been arrested on suspicion of affray. They have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
No further details have been given by police about those involved at this time.

Detective Constable Adam Bates, who is investigating, said: “The incident occurred during the afternoon, on a crowded high street. As part of our ongoing investigations, I am appealing for anyone who saw what happened, or the events leading up to it, to please get in touch. I’m particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have captured mobile phone footage.
“If you have any information at all, please contact us, even something seemingly insignificant could assist our enquiries.”
