The following announcements were carried in the Watford Observer last week:

Angela Harris nee Wood – Peacefully in Watford General Hospital on July 9th aged 86 years. Beloved Wife of the late John, a much-loved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother and a dearly beloved Sister.

ALEXANDER Doreen Elizabeth – 03/22/1927 – 05/15/2020 – Passed away in Portland, Oregon, US at 93 years old. Doreen died in her bed with her Daughter and two of her Granddaughters by her side. Doreen was beautiful, fun, funny and loved to enjoy life. She danced any chance she got, and brought a great deal of joy to all that knew her. She leaves behind many wonderful memories for her huge, loving family, extended family and many, many friends.

BISSET Jean (nee Morris) – Sadly passed away on 30th June aged 87. Beloved wife of Gordon and much loved mother of Yvonne and Jennie, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

BRABANT June – Passed away on Tuesday 5th of July.

BRAYSHAW Barry James – Sadly passed away on Monday 11th July 2022 at Watford General Hospital, aged 83 years. A much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad and Brother, who will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

BRYAN Lynda Denise – Sadly passed away on Wednesday 29th June 2022, aged 77 years. A much loved Mum of James & John and Grandmother. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

COOPER (nee Cassidy) Denise Ann – Sadly passed away 6th July 2022, aged 82 years. A beloved Mum and Nan, Denise will be missed by all her family and friends.

DALY Cecilia – Sadly passed away at home on Wednesday 13th July 2022. Dearly beloved Mother to Margaret and Cecilia, Grandma to Thomas and William, Mother-in-law to Donald and Darren. She will be missed by so many. Now Reunited with her Husband Andrew and Daughter Philomena.

Jill Davies – 28.10.1933 – 08.07.2022 – It is with huge sadness that we announce the passing of Jill at Verulam House Nursing Home, aged 88. Formerly of Chorleywood until very recently. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

Christopher Monatgue DYER – Sadly passed away on 23rd June 2022 aged 85 years. He will be deeply missed by his wife Maureen, his sons Nigel, Peter and Martyn, his extended family and all who knew and loved him.

FISHER Jane Margaret – Passed away suddenly after a short illness on the 16th of June 2022, aged 88. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
