A Watford man is set to stand trial at crown court after being charged with possessing heroin and crack cocaine with the intent to supply.
Kenneth Obih, of Gladesmere Court, also denied obstructing a police officer in the execution of their duty in Cardiff.
The crimes allegedly happened in Wales on July 19 before the 46-year-old denied them the following day in Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
However, he admitted to driving a car without a licence or insurance.
