“Pupils establish positive relationships with each other and they support their peers to do well.”
Watford Field School (Infant & Nursery) – Good
The school continues to be rated as good after the same outcome following its 2017 inspection.
Inspectors found that during their visit on March 22 and 23 pupils showed a maturity beyond their years when talking about their learning and their feelings.
The report said: “Pupils enjoy the range of clubs that are on offer, such as choir, dodgeball, archery and ninja warriors.”
Ashfield Junior School – Good
Inspectors said this school is still rated as good, however if a full inspection was carried out it may not be as high, the report said.
The inspection was carried out on March 2 and 3.
Inspectors found that “pupils at Ashfield Junior School have many aspirations, such as becoming a journalist, a pianist or a zoologist”.
