Emergency services are currently in Rickmansworth after a man fell through a roof this morning.
Police arrived alongside fire and ambulance crews following the fall at around 8.35am in The Byeway.
The man was working on a roof when he fell through it and injured himself, a police spokesperson said.
Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue said that one fire engine from Watford was sent to help safely remove the person and move him to an ambulance.

While both police and fire services report that the man is injured, the severity of his condition is unknown.
The East of England Ambulance Service said he was taken to Watford General Hosptial for further assessment and care.
