A man who took pictures of school children on the bus will be sentenced at crown court.
Martin James Willmin, 53, was prohibited from owning a mobile phone with a camera after a sexual harm order was made on August 18, 2011.
Despite this, the man from Langley Road in Watford was caught with a phone on June 24 this year.
St Albans Magistrates’ Court also heard that he took pictures of kids on a bus in Watford on the same day.

Willmin failed to comply with notification requirements as he used an alias of Martin James without registering his name with police and used two unregistered bank cards within three days of receipt.
He pleaded guilty to all charges on June 25.
Now Willmin – who is listed to have aliases including “A***hole”, “Muppet”, “Martin Andrew Rodrigues” “Andrew Spiers” and other names - has been committed to St Albans Crown Court for sentencing on July 22.
