A woman was taken to hospital after emergency services were called to concerns for her welfare.
Police and ambulances were spotted in Vicarage Road, Watford, yesterday (Monday) at around 8pm following reports that she had suffered a fall.
The fire service also attended "in case help was needed with extrication", an East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said.

Two appliances from Watford and two from St Albans attended to assist with a “time critical patient” and the fire service says they helped the woman make it to a safe area.
The woman was taken to Watford General Hospital for further assessment and treatment. It is understood that her injuries are not serious.
Road closures were in place at the time in the surrounding area, including a blockage from Laurance Haines School to Franklin Avenue.
