Drivers are being warned of delays for several days this week heading in and out of Watford because of roadworks.
Four-way temporary traffic lights are in operation in Hempstead Road at the junction with Langley Way and Langley Road.
T-Mobile UK Ltd has been granted a permit by Hertfordshire County Council to carry out utility repairs and maintenance work.
The roadworks began on Monday with the permit lasting until Thursday (June 30).
Temporary lights are only in action between 9.30am and 3.30pm in a bid to limit disruption, such as during rush hour.
However, drivers are still facing disruption.

Traffic is also slower than usual in Hempstead Road for drivers leaving the town centre.
