A CCTV image has been issued after a 16-year-old girl was left “shaken” following a sexual assault outside a pub.
The victim was on the pavement by the Prince George in St Albans Road, Watford, when she was approached by a man and touched inappropriately.
He then walked off onto Station Road, Clarendon Road and then into Atria Watford.
Following the assault at around 11.20am on Thursday, June 16, police today (June 27) released an image of a man they want to speak to.
Detective constable Stephen Mooney, who is investigating, said: “The victim was left shaken by this ordeal and we are doing everything we can to find the offender.
"This type of behaviour will not be stood for in Hertfordshire.
“We are keen to identify the person pictured as we think he was in the area at the time and could have vital information about what happened.”
Anyone who recognises him has been urged to contact police by emailing stephen.mooney@herts.police.uk quoting crime reference 41/48166/22.
