A large rock was thrown at a home in a 'racially aggravated' attack.
The suspect reportedly shouted racially offensive language at the occupant as the rock landed on a balcony in Oxhey Drive, South Oxhey.
Police are treating the incident, which happened on May 26 at around 5.15pm, as racially aggravated public order offence.
As part of enquiries, Hertfordshire Constabulary has released a CCTV image of a person they believe may have information that can help with the investigation.
