A man who was threatening and abusive to a person and who was caught carrying cannabis has been placed under curfew.
Lemuel Browne, 62, is said to have threatened violence against a man in Watford on August 20, 2020.
The man from Shenley Road, Borehamwood, was also found carrying two plants of cannabis that day – to which he pleaded guilty on April 9 last year.
He previously pleaded not guilty to the abusive behaviour on February 21 this year but has since changed his plea to guilty.
Appearing at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on May 26 this year, Browne was given a community order.
Browne is now being electronically monitored up until June 22 and must also participate in an accredited programme for 30 days.
He also paid a total of £495 to go towards the Crown Prosecution Service and to fund victim services.
