Motorists are being warned to expect delays near Watford this morning (May 24) by the A41-M25 junction.
HCC Highways has said faulty traffic light signals are causing the issue and said it will affect surrounding areas.
It is currently unclear how long the delays will last.

Currently there is heavy traffic tailing back on the A41 approach and also delays on the A4251.
There is also congestion on the M25 anticlockwise from the same junction back past junction 21A for Bricket Wood.
