Two people were taken to hospital after a crash earlier this morning (May 19).
The drivers of a VW Golf and a Vauxhall Astra were involved in a crash in Denham Way, Maple Cross, this morning at around 6.40am.
Firefighters from Watford and Rickmansworth were called to the scene to help let out a person that was trapped in a car.

After he was rescued, the two men were taken to hospital to be assessed for their injuries.
According to Hertfordshire Constabulary, the injuries are not thought to be life changing or life threatening.
Denham Way was shut between Chalfont Lane and Woodland Road this morning as emergency services attended.
However traffic restrictions have since been lifted.
