Watford is set to sizzle this weekend as the mini-heatwave finally hits, with temperatures reaching the mid-twenties, but you need to be quick to enjoy it.
The weather this month has been particularly hit or miss, with some gloriously sunny spells and a fair few grey moments.
But things are really starting to look up, at least for now anyway, with wall-to-wall sunshine predicted for most of the weekend it’s finally time to get the barbeque out.
Take a look at the full forecast for Watford this weekend.
Watford Met Office weather forecast:
On Friday (May 13) you might get the sunnies out, with temperatures reaching 2C and no clouds in the late afternoon, meaning it's the perfect time for a trip to the beer garden.
Plus there's little wind and very little chance of rain too so you can leave that umbrella behind and get ready for the sun.
Looking onto Saturday the temperature will reach 2C too and the wind won't reach higher than 10 mph plus it's not going to be to cloudy either.
So you might even want to keep the sunscreen to hand to avoid any chance of a nasty sunburn.
Sunday is rounding off the weekend with sunny but cloudy skies at times with hot temperatures of above 20C.
Although the chance of rain is slightly higher, so you may want to pick your outfit wisely.
