The windows of a home were smashed and a brick was thrown at a car windscreen.
Police believe that three people were involved when rocks were thrown at a house in Hazelbury Avenue in Abbots Langley.
It is said the incident happened at around 5.30pm on May 1, when two double glazed windows and a door panel window were shattered in the attack.
A Mercedes windscreen was also damaged using a brick.
The three offenders are believed to have made off towards the direction of Gallows Hill where they got into a black Volvo.
PC Radu Vernica said: “We believe the two people pictured were in the area at the time of the incident and they could have vital information about what happened.
“I appreciate they are not the clearest images, however I am hopeful that somebody might recognise them from their clothing.”
