A man has been arrested after two people were allegedly attacked outside a Watford pub.
Both assaults reportedly happened outside the Slug & Lettuce in High Street last Saturday evening (April 30).
The first, at 8.45pm, allegedly involved a man in his 40s being assaulted when leaving the pub, causing him to fall to the ground and sustain a cut under his eye.

Then at around 9.20pm a man in his 30s was also reportedly assaulted while leaving.
He fell to the ground and suffered a cut to the back of his head.
PC C-Jay Callaghan said: “A man has been arrested in connection with the investigations and our enquiries are continuing.
“As part of this, we’re keen to gather as many independent witness accounts as we can to assist us.
“If you were in the area at either of the times stated and saw what happened, or the events leading up to the incidents, please get in touch.”
