The Watford Observer is set to host a debate this evening with the three candidates vying to become Watford's mayor when voters go to the polls on May 5.
Serving Liberal Democrat mayor Peter Taylor and challengers Asif Khan (Labour) and Binita Mehta-Parmar (Conservative) are due to be quizzed on a variety of matters that we know matter to residents in Watford.
The hustings is scheduled to be held virtually and readers will be able to watch live by tuning into our Facebook page from 7pm tonight (Wednesday April 27) as this is where we will be live streaming the event onto.
Among the topics due to be discussed and debated are development, the future of Watford General Hospital, the environment, and transport.
There will also be an opportunity for each of the candidates to explain why they should get your vote.
If you are unable to tune in live, a recording of the event will be saved on our Facebook page to watch back.
If anyone has any questions for our candidates, please email nathan.louis@newsquest.co.uk
