The following announcements were carried in the Watford Observer last week:

CASSIDY John William – Born in Watford on 21st April 1947. Died in Croxley Green on 2nd April 2022. Sadly John passed away suddenly at home aged 74 years after many years of ill health, which he quietly endured with great fortitude. A proud Watfordian, he attended Victoria School and worked for many years at British Gas and also BRE Garston. A good and loving husband to Kath, devoted father to Rob, Richard and Rachel and a doting grandad to Riley and Sophia. Also, a dear younger brother to Ann and Dave. Family and friends were very special to John and he leaves a legacy of love and good memories.

In loving memory of Ron Pitt – Who sadly passed away on 5th April 2022.

TAYLOR Audrey Frances Mary – Sadly passed away at home on 5th April, aged 94 years. Reunited with her beloved Husband Ray, whom she missed so dearly. A much loved and treasured Mum, Nana and Great Nana who will be deeply missed.
