The M25 between Hatfield and Enfield has totally reopened after emergecy works were completed overnight.
Motorists had been dealing with delays of up to 90 minutes after a large cooking oil spill on Tuesday caused congestion back towards Watford.
National Highways reopened two lanes yesterday afternoon (Wednesday) but the others remained shut due to "the complex nature of the clean-up".
The work has now been completed and with all lanes reopened there are currently no delays, according to Google Maps.
