A “number of people” were racially abused near a petrol station.
Police say the victims were in the vicinity of the BP petrol station at Uxbridge Road in Mill End when they were approached by a person and racially abused.
Now CCTV images of a man they believe was in the area at the time has been released as officers hope to learn further information.
Anyone who recognises the man or who was also targeted is asked to contact PC Robert Cordiner at Robert.cordiner@herts.police.uk or by visiting herts.police.uk/report or calling 101 quoting crime reference 41/27765/22.
