A Scooby-Doo fan was busted by police after their 'mystery machine' van was pulled over - for not having an MOT.
The psychedelic-styled van - complete with flower power imagery - was born out of the American cartoon series Scooby-Doo.
Officers pulled the vehicle over on a motorway in Hertfordshire yesterday afternoon (Apr 11) and the driver was reported for not having an MOT.
The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire road policing unit said on Twitter: "The Mystery Machine was seen touring Herts today by our officers.
"It was also a mystery as to where the MOT was.....the driver unfortunately didn't know either. Reported for offence."

Twitter followers were amused by the stop with the post racking up dozens of likes and comments.
The National Police Autism Association joked: "They would have got away with it too if it wasn't for you meddling Beds/Cambs/Herts Road Policing Unit officers."
UK Cop Humour added: "Would have gotten away with if it weren’t for those meddling cops."
