A 72-year-old motorist has died and a woman in her 60s was seriously injured after a crash in Colney Heath.
Police have appealed for witnesses after the collision on the A414 longabout at the junction with Smallford Lane on Tuesday, April 5 at around 11.30am.
It involved a white Tesla S and a blue Hyundai i10.
A Herts Police spokesperson said: “The 72-year-old driver of the Hyundai was taken to hospital where he sadly died.
"The passenger of the car, a 69-year-old woman sustained suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.”
They added the Tesla driver stopped at the scene and no arrests have been made.
