We have again dipped into the Watford Observer’s online archive and here are ten more pictures for you to enjoy that were captured by our photographers in 1990.
Looking back from April to July that year, there was plenty of fun to enjoy for adults and children alike with an It’s A Knockout competition, a kids disco in a popular Watford nightclub and a school fete.
More traditional activities also feature in the picture below, including Morris dancing and haymaking, and it was also the year when football fans congregated in local pubs to enjoy the highs and lows of Italia 90.
