A car was stolen after the keys were taken inside a sports centre.
The owner of a blue Renault Captur was at St Margarets Sports Centre in Bushey when a thief nabbed the keys from her bag.
Police say that it took place on March 1 at 10pm, and that the car drove off shortly after the theft.
PC Daniel King, who is investigating, said: “I’d like to hear from anyone who recognises the woman in the CCTV image as she was in the area at the time of the incident and might be able to assist with our enquiries.”
