Honest Burgers is due to move into the former Ask Italian restaurant in Market Street, Watford Bid has confirmed.
A spokesperson said the move is expected to happen “soon”, adding it is “excited to welcome the new eatery to Watford town centre”.
Honest Burgers has restaurants in multiple locations, including in nearby St Albans.
It has been approached for comment over opening a new location in the former Ask Italian restaurant, which did not reopen following the first coronavirus lockdown.
Zizzi in King Street also closed its doors at the same time, although it has been confirmed that craft beer taproom Mad Squirrel will be moving in.
