A woman facing theft, drug, and assault charges has been banned from entering a Currys store while on bail.
Marie Dimmock, 42, from Lower Road South Harrow, was released on bail on December 2, 2021, after appearing in court accused of stealing electronics worth nearly £284 from Currys in Dalton Way, Watford, on November 30 last year.
She was also accused of assaulting two people and possessing heroin.
Bail conditions included a curfew between 9pm and 7am, electronically monitored with a tag, and being barred from entering the Currys store.
However later that month (December 20), Dimmock was arrested for breaching the curfew conditions.
On December 31, she again at Willesden Magistrates' Court and was put on conditional bail until a hearing at St Albans Crown Court on January 24 this year.
As such, she continues to be electronically monitored with a curfew between 9pm and 7am and cannot enter the Watford Currys store.
