A person who was rushed to hospital after two cars crashed is said to be facing non-life changing injuries.
Police were called just after 5.30pm yesterday (September 27) to reports of a crash on Upton Road, Watford.
Two vehicles were involved, a grey Ford Focus and a silver Hyundai i30.
According to an eyewitness, one car was “spinning into a bollard” and it “narrowly missed a pedestrian walking by”.
Now Hertfordshire Constabulary have confirmed that one person was taken to hospital, with injuries that are not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening.
Fire and ambulance services were called to the scene, and a road closure was in place to recover the cars.
The road was fully re-opened just an hour, at 6.30pm.
