A 25-year-old man was arrested was arrested in Rickmansworth after police spotted a stolen van.
Officers had been patrolling Chorleywood Road at around 3pm on Tuesday, September 21, when they stopped what was believed to be a stolen van.
Three Rivers Police wrote on social media: "The vehicle was stopped and the driver was arrested on suspicion of stealing a motor vehicle and various other offences."
A Herts Police spokesperson confirmed he was also arrested on suspicion of fraud and harassment.

The man, from Hemel Hempstead, has been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
"We can't be everywhere but we can be anywhere," officers wrote on social media.
