Police are trying to find a man after a bank card was stolen in Rickmansworth before being used to make sevreral purchases.
The incident of fraud occurred around 11am on Wednesday, August 25.
It was reported that the victim was attempting to use a cash point in Harefield Road when she was approached by an unknown male.
Hertfordshire Constabulary says he distracted her before allegedly stealing her bank card.
The card was later used in several transactions.
Officers have released an image of a man they want to identify as it is believed he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
PCSO Alan Waller, of the Rickmansworth Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “It is believed the man pictured was in the area at the time and could have information to assist with our enquiries. If you recognise him, please get in touch.”
