A motorist is in a serious condition in hospital after crashing when he lost control of his car in South Oxhey.
The incident occurred in Prestwick Road, just before 11pm on Sunday, September 5.
A black BMW 335i lost control and crashed into several parked vehicles, Hertfordshire Constabulary said.
The driver was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition at this time.
Police say the reasons for the crash are unknown at this stage.
They are appealing for information and witnesses following the incident.
Sergeant Aaron Murphy, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit, said: “Enquiries are continuing at this time to establish the circumstances around the collision.
"As part of this, we are appealing for any witnesses to come forward. Did you see the collision itself, or did you see the vehicle being driven in the area prior to it?
“We’d be particularly keen to hear from anyone who captured dash cam footage. If you can help, please contact us.”
